This is an appeal from a final order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida dismissing an appeal of a final order of a bankruptcy judge in a bankruptcy case referred to the bankruptcy judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(a). The bankruptcy court order appealed from is an order allowing final compensation to the appellee, Lee, Schulte, Murphy & Coe, P.A. (hereinafter "LSMC"), special litigation counsel to the appellant, Daikin Miami Overseas, Inc. (hereinafter "DMO"), a bankruptcy debtor. The district court dismissed DMOs appeal of the bankruptcy court order because DMO had failed to raise its objections to the attorneys fees requested by LSMC in the bankruptcy court below.
